The owners of this new build home needed a little more family space for their requirements and asked Ensign to help
We designed and built an extension plus converted their existing garage to create an open, spacious home with the plenty of ‘wow’ factor
The build included a single story rear extension with vaulted ceiling, bi-fold doors, 2 electric Velux roof windows and under-floor heating throughout
The adjoining garage was converted to reflect the same decor and specification as the new extension creating a seamless flow from room to room. Finally a porch was added to the front of the house.
To complete the project the rear & side of the property was fully landscaped to create a picture perfect view from the new family rooms.
