Newly purchased to renovate, Ensign worked closely with the client to completely transform this house into a sumptuous family home.
The first stage was to build a single storey rear and side extension to massively increase the downstairs living space and create a spacious kitchen/dining/family area with underfloor heating throughout.
The entrance hall features a bespoke glass staircase leading to a luxurious cloakroom and a cosy TV room.
Upstairs the rooms were reconfigured to create 3 large bedrooms plus master with en-suite and dressing room plus a spa family bathroom
Externally the original cladding was removed and the house was fitted with new PVC sash windows and then all walls were rendered and additional stone cladding adhered to create a fresh, modern look.
To complete the transformation a raised, tile patio to match the kitchen/dining area was constructed to create a seamless outdoor/indoor living space and the garden to the front and rear of the property was fully landscaped .
