This lovely house was given a full make-over plus a large extension to create a modern, spacious, open plan family home.
To achieve this Ensign designed and built a single storey rear extension incorporating a glass fronted balcony to the main bedroom above and creating a large kitchen/dining/family room.
The interior then had a full modernisation to include a 6-seater cinema room and luxury bathrooms
A state of the art fully automated Lutron System was fitted to remotely control lighting, heating, and all electrical functions of the house and a Solar thermal hot water system was also installed
Finally the outside space was fully landscape including block-paved driveway and integrated lighting.
